Tails on the Trail 2026: A Fundraiser / Dog Hike to Benefit 3 Dogs Rescue and GWRLT

When: Sunday, November 8 | 10 AM – 1PM
Where: Negutaquet Conservation Area, North Berwick

Saving dogs and trails they can use is as easy as putting one paw in front of the other!

This November, we’re raising funds for 3 Dogs Rescue to support their foster-based rescue, and Great Works Regional Land Trust to support stewardship costs for dog-friendly trails. Both nonprofits are located in southern Maine.

Registration Fee:
$35 adults / $10 children (age 5+) / kids under 5 are free

PLEASE NOTE: We ask that all dogs be on leash at this event

Molly and Chloe, were adopted through 3 Dogs Rescue, and are true success stories! Not only did they find loving homes, they have important careers at our GWRLT office.

Molly, a yellow lab, is the official Office Greeter and VP of Outreach. Her full name is Molly McLovesalot and was the inspiration behind the partnership between GWRLT and 3 Dogs Rescue. If you’ve visited our office, you’ve no doubt met Molly.

Chloe, an Anatoian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix, is our Community Engagement Intern and joined us shortly after we met her at Tails on the Trails 2025! She USUALLY listens to her mom, Jane except when it’s time to leave. (Chloe knows a great place when she finds it.)

They both regularly walk the 19 trail systems that allow dogs in Berwick, North Berwick, South Berwick, Eliot, Ogunquit, and Wells!
