Join Rebecca Tay from 4-H for continued informal walks at Tatnic Woods Preserve to explore the vernal pool ecosystems. Come and discover fairy shrimp and observe frog and salamander egg masses in the temporary pools. Consider joining multiple walks to see how the egg masses develop and change.

Younger siblings are welcome but will need monitoring and assistance from caregivers. Vernal pools are sensitive habitats. Please ensure you do not have any bug or tick spray on your hands or boots.
