Annual Meeting: Featuring keynote presenter, Enock Glidden
We are pleased to invite you to our Annual Members’ Meeting & Potluck Dinner being held April 1st at the North Berwick Community Center and on Zoom for those unable to join us in person.
First from 5:00pm to 6:45pm, the potluck opens our evening and continues into the annual members’ business meeting; featuring the President’s Report, Treasurer’s Report, Nominations for the Board of Directors, and an introduction from new Executive Director, Jordan Kelley will take place.
Followed by a public keynote delivered by Enock Glidden, followed by a reception with Northeast Passage of UNH and featuring several of their trail-ready adaptive equipment rental fleet from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
This meeting is not only a terrific opportunity for members to gather and enjoy a traditional potluck together while conducting the business of Great Works Regional Land Trust, but an opportunity for the greater community to gather and learn more about our mission and role conservation can play in accessibility.
After the business meeting concludes, doors open to the general public and Enock Glidden will deliver a keynote presentation. Enock is a local athlete, adventurer and advocate for others with disabilities. His motto, “if you try, things happen,” exemplifies a spirit and drive we imagine our community will find familiar.
