Join Geologist Don Wason & GWRLT Board Member Sue Pike at Kenyon Hill for a Science Saturdays Hike featuring the dramatic rock and flourishing lichens of the Kenyon Hill Preserve! From 10am to 1pm. This will be an undoubtably informative and fun survey of the the landscape as we take in the trails.

Conserved in 2002, this hilly 108 acre preserve has many surprises along the 1 mile loop trail features dramatic ledges, verdant wetlands, blueberry patches, stone walls, and more than one old foundation.

Terrain : hilly and steep in some sections. MODERATE, but easy at the slower pace of this program.

The hike is limited to 20 participants. Reservations required.
