Why contribute?

Great Works Regional Land Trust helps protect those places that make our towns and our regional special. We invite you to join us and provide support as an individual, family, business or organization. We believe each of us has something to offer. Seniors and students are welcome!

Great Works manages the lands we own and monitors those with conservation easements. This entails payment of property taxes and maintenance of public trails on several properties, along with other responsibilities.

Our many lands require robust support to cover expenses: maintaining skilled staff, communicating with landowners and town leaders, facilitating surveys, and providing wonderful hikes and programs. We engage and inform the public and our members in many ways:  three newsletters/year, website, emails, and many events.

If you'd like more information, please contact Rhyan Romaine, Development Coordinator, at (207) 646-3604 or via email.

Thank you for joining and contributing in your special ways!
